- Review some of this information for 15 – 30 minutes on a daily basis for at least four weeks in order to allow this information to be accepted on a deeper level and help break habitual patterns.
- Acknowledge the underlying feelings that are causing your symptoms - Journaling, or writing is a simple way to offload how you feel or felt about stressful or traumatic events in your life. By acknowledging how you felt and feel about things, you are providing an outlet for the build up of internal stress.
- Begin to recognise the stress/emotional cause of your symptom and look for triggers and links.
Second Stage - For many people though they need the reassurance of a diagnosis from a Stress Illness Practitioner. For more information about a SIRPA assessment click HERE and to find a SIRPA Practitioner, click HERE.
